Desired Outcomes

We want communities equipped to thrive.

Our work centers on four key outcomes:
Self-Sufficiency
Fostering a community culture where neighbors feel empowered to help and rely on one another in a crisis.
Adaptive Capacity
Addressing inadequate infrastructures and impediments to withstanding natural disasters.
Meaningful Labor
Equipping community members, particularly young people, with the skills and support required to identify and secure meaningful ways of earning an income.
Strong Families
Supporting families in activities of daily living and long-term goals through education and practical support.
